Cotton scarf handwoven using natural brown hand spun cotton (khadi) from Karnataka, India. The artists dyed the khadi in shades of red and black which complement the warm hue of the un-dyed threads. A light weight spring and summer scarf, exquisitely designed to accentuate any outfit. Earthy, organic, and minimalist. Designed with with simple black stripes and red accents on a red base.
The weaving cooperative responsible for making this scarf are reviving the use of brown cotton, a species of cotton native to India.
