iRest Yoga Nidra is a form of mindfulness meditation. In this hour long class you will lay down and get comfortable with your pillow and blanket. Lisa Fecarotta will guide you through the steps of iRest Yoga Nidra and as you move through your Koshas (body, breath, mind, intellect and divine) you will get deeply relaxed and may even fall asleep.
